Save Secrets

/secret-svc/secrets

Save secrets if authorized to do so. Requires the secret-svc:secret:save permission. Users can only save secrets prefixed with their user slug unless they also have the secret-svc:secret:save-unprefixed permission, which allows them to save a secret without a slug prefix.
